赛车之星培养计划启动 为FMC输送中国车手

　　2013年1月23日，大众汽车集团（中国）跑车项目宣布“赛车之星培养计划”正式启动，将全力培养有潜力的中国青少年步入职业车手的舞台。“赛车之星培养计划”将招募6名中国青少年进行全面培训，并协助他们参加2013年青年冠军方程式系列赛。现在学员招募已正式开始，并将于2013年2月28日结束。
　　
　　近十来年，随着汽车的快速普及，为数众多的赛事也纷纷进入中国，专业赛手的培养和输送成为了赛车运动发展的关键。“赛车之星培养计划”旨在帮助中国赛车运动爱好者能够更加顺利地步入职业车手之列，保证新人获得最好的发展机会，并且为中国汽车运动的未来之星提供最专业的发展环境。大众汽车集团（中国）赛车运动总监吕柯表示：“‘赛车之星培养计划’将通过3年的培训课程全力支持15至25岁的中国车手开启职业生涯，帮助他们做好准备，迎接即将到来的青年冠军方程式系列赛(FMCS)以及今后更高级别的比赛。”
　　
　　“赛车之星培养计划”将为中国学员提供全面的培训内容。他们将获得专业车手的指导，并进行赛季前试车以及体能项目的训练。未来，除了驾驶和比赛技巧的培训之外，学员们还将接受赞助商关系管理培训、机械理论教育、公共关系和媒体接待培训等。之后，随着水平的提高，学员们将有机会参加中国乃至亚洲的多项单一品牌赛事。
　　
　　将在2013年启动的全新赛事青年冠军方程式系列赛，将成为他们首个具有国际水准的专业竞技舞台。本赛季的青年冠军方程式系列赛共有6站，除了本土作战外，这些青少年车手还将在韩国和马来西亚与众多国际车手一较高下。青年冠军方程式系列赛将采用最先进的方程式赛车，该车配备国际汽联（FIA）F3标准的Tatuus FA 010碳纤维复合材料单体硬壳式底盘，并搭载Formula Evo 2.0 FSI发动机，同时保证了优越的性能和可靠的安全性。
　　青年冠军方程式系列赛不仅将为年轻车手搭建了一个公平竞争、体验高水平赛事的平台，也为他们提供了拓宽眼界、正式迈入职业赛车生涯的绝佳机会。无论未来他们将驾驶方程式赛车、房车还是GT赛车，他们都可以从这一赛事中获益良多。

　　(Jan. 23, 2013) Beijing - The Star Racing Academy has been established by Volkswagen Group China Sports Car Project to support Chinese motor sport hopefuls with their racing careers. Under the program, 6 Chinese drivers will be trained comprehensively by participating in the all-new 2013 Formula Masters China Series (FMCS). The racer recruitment is in process and will be finished on Feb. 28, 2013.　
　　
　　With the increasing number of motor sports events introduced into China in the recent decade, more professional talents are needed to keep motor sports alive and thriving. The Star Racing Academy aims to train young Chinese racers properly in the beginning of their racing career, as well ensuring the best opportunities and the most professional environment for further development. “The newly established Star Racing Academy dedicates itself to supporting Chinese talents, aged between 15 and 25, in their career path through a 3-year program to prepare them for the upcoming FMCS races, and the future, higher-level races.” said Mr. Dominic Lyncker, Motorsports Director of Sports Car Project China.　
　　
　　The Star Racing Academy not only includes coaching from professional drivers, but also covers pre-season testing and fitness training. In addition to driving skill and race tactics education, they will also receive technical education, sponsorship acquisition and management coaching as well as public relations and media training in the future. The participants are encouraged to move to one-make cups and other racing series in China or Asia along with the development of professional skills.
　　
　　The 2013 FMCS will be the first professional racing stage for the recruits, who will be competing against international drivers in the six-race series. In addition to racing in China, they will be competing in Korea and Malaysia. All FMCS participants will use the same state-of-the art Formula racing car to ensure both performance and safety. The racing car is equipped with a Tatuus FA 010 Carbon composite monocoque chassis, FIA F3 standard, and is powered by a Formula Evo 2.0 FSI engine.
　　
　　As well as providing a fair competition platform to enable young drivers to experience high- quality racing, the FMCS also offers the best opportunities for all the drivers to step up into a professional career in motorsport in either single seaters, touring- or GT cars. The series aims to be a platform to source local talent for these racing cups.
