2011 青年方程式(Formula Pilota China, FPC)第二站的比赛在上海国际赛车场拉开战幕。在周六进行的第三回合比赛中，路易斯(Luis Sa Silva)获得全场冠军，朱戴维获得亚军，索弗彦(Dustin Sofyan)获得季军。
周六上午的排位赛，获得杆位的是领跑积分榜的18号车手图施尔(Matheo Tuscher)，最快单圈2:05.546。排在第二位的是23号车手路易斯，最快单圈2:06.169。新面孔坎佩里斯(Lorenzo Camplese) 2:06.187排第三。排在第四位（亚洲组第一）的是5号车手朱戴维。
中午第三回合比赛，头排发车的是图施尔和路易斯，坎佩里斯和朱戴维占据二排，在第三排发车的维索尤(Robert Visoiu)和黎智聪，索弗彦和松下(Nobuharu Matsushita)占据第四排。图施尔一马当先冲在最前面，而坎佩里斯则没有顺利起步，一圈比赛过后他只排在第十二位。第四圈中，排在第五位的朱戴维在超越索弗彦时发生轻微碰撞，所幸两辆赛车都能继续比赛。第五圈，领跑的图施尔因赛车故障遗憾退赛。路易斯升至第一位。几圈过后，排在第三的朱戴维状态稳定，超越了索弗彦上升到第二，并展开了对头车的进攻。最终，路易斯成功守住了自己的优势，以0.5秒的优势完赛，获得全场冠军(21:21.620)。朱戴维获得全场亚军和亚洲组冠军，索弗彦获得全场季军和亚洲组亚军。获得全场第四名、亚洲组季军的是来自泰国的斯里特瑞(Tin Sritrai)。全场最快单圈成绩是图施尔在第二圈比赛做出的2:06.866。根据赛事规则，周日（24日）第四回合比赛，图施尔依然占据着发车顺序的第一位。
赛后新闻发布会上，获得全场前三名和亚洲组前三名的车手向到场媒体介绍了自己的比赛感受。全场冠军路易斯说：“我的发车不是很理想，只是紧跟着头车(图施尔)跑，但是第五圈他的赛车突然慢下来了，我上升到领跑位置，得到这个冠军我很开心。”朱戴维说：“很感谢我的车队对赛车的调校，让我在比赛后段依然有很好的机械状态，如果比赛能多几圈，我相信还是有希望超越前车的。” 索弗彦说：“我的起步还是很顺利的，只是感觉赛道有些滑，我在第4-5圈的时候曾经冲出过赛道，所幸可以继续比赛，名次并没有损失很多。”斯里特瑞说：“我的起步不错，但是在1号弯中有些碰撞，影响了我的位置，很高兴能够在颁奖台上完赛。”

The 3rd round of Formula Pilota China (FPC) came to Shanghai International Circuit on Saturday. Luis Sa Silva won, David Zhu captured 2nd and Dustin Sofyan was 3rd.
The morning qualifying saw Matheo Tuscher took pole (2:05.546). Sa Silva qualified 2nd and new face Lorenzo Camplese (2:06.187) qualified 3rd. David Zhu was 4th and he set the best lap in Asian Class.
The race was started in the noon with Tuscher and Sa Silva on the front row, Camplese & Zhu on 2nd row, Robert Visoiu and Zhicong Li were occupying on 3rd. Tuscher got off to a good start. Camplese stalled at start and after 1 lap, he fell to 12th. Lap 4, Zhu (Position 5) and Sofyan had a little contact when passing a corner. Fortunately, both of them managed to continue the performance. Lap 5, pole-sitter Tuscher suffered some problem and retired from the race. Thus, Sa Silva moved to lead. After several laps, Zhu was in good shape and managed to pass Sofyan to move to position 2. In the end, Sa Silva won with 0.5 seconds advance and his total time was 21:21.620. Zhu was overall 2nd & winner of Asian class. Sofyan finished 3rd and 2nd in Asian class. Tin Sritrai was overall 5th and 3rd in Asian class. The best lap was set by Tuscher in lap 2 (2:06.866). According to the regulation, Tuscher will sit pole position on Sunday race.
At post race press-conference, the podium finishers shared with the media their races. Sa Silva said:”My start wasn’t very good. I tried to close the gap with Tuscher that didn't work out well. Tuscher’s car slowed down in lap 5, I moved up and managed to lead to the end. I am happy with the result.” Chinese youngster Zhu said:”I’d like to thank my team for making/setting me such a good car, so I managed to stay good shape at the late stage of the race. If I had more laps, I might be able to do a better job.” Sofyan said:”I didn't have a good start and the track was quite slippery. I ran off the track in lap 4 and fortunately, that didn't cost me many positions.” Sritrai indicated he got off to a good start. “I had some contact at T1 during the first lap and lost several positions. I managed to maintain my pace and I am happy to finish on the podium.”
