　　2012年12月8日，FPC青年方程式系列赛2012赛季收官回合(第十八回合)的争夺在上午10:04来到雪邦国际赛车场。10圈的比赛结束，盖勒埃尔(Sean Gelael)第一个冲线，并贡献本回合最快单圈(2:07.022)，他的队友吉尔乌纳奇(Antonio Giovinazzi)全场第二，伊赫万(Afiq Ikhwan)第三。

　　第十八回合的发车位由周四第二节排位赛决定，莱特(Aidan Wright)和巴拉特(Raj Bharath)头排发车，伊赫万和吉尔乌纳奇占据二排。一圈回来，P4发车的意大利人做出最快单圈，来到头车莱特身后。第二圈回来，吉尔乌纳奇来到领跑位置，在他身后的莱特、伊赫万和盖勒埃尔分列二、三、四位。第三圈，盖勒埃尔超越前车开始追赶莱特。

　　December 8th, 2012, the last round of 2012 Formula Pilota China came to Sepang International Circuit. The 10-laps’ round saw Sean Gelael win and also set the best lap of the round (2:07.022). Antonio Giovinazzi was 2nd, while Afiq Ikhwan was 3rd.
　　
　　As the last round finished, Italian driver Giovinazzi took the series title with 229 points, British driver Dan Wells (179 points) is 2nd, while Indian driver Parth Ghorpade (150 points) took 3rd in overall class; For Asian Class, Ghorpade has 196 points and took the title, Indonesian youngster Sean Gelael (185 points) was 2nd, while Japanese driver Ren Nagabuchi (171 points) took 3rd in Asian Class.
　　
　　Round 18 started at 10:04 in the morning. The gird featured Aidan Wright and Raj Bharath on the front row, Ikhwan and Giovinazzi stood on the 2nd row. After 1 lap, Giovinazzi (P4 on gird) set the best lap and moved up to P2. After 2 laps, Giovinazzi took the lead with Wright, Ikhwan and Gelael on his back. Lap 3, Gelael moved up and started chasing Wright. Wells, Nagabuchi and Sun Zheng were running quite close to each other and put up a good fair fight.
　　
　　After 6 laps, Gelael managed to overtake two cars in front of him and started to lead the race. In the end, Gelael won both Overall Class and Asian Class. Giovinazzi captured 2nd. Ikhwan finished the race in 3rd place and took 2nd in Asian class. Nagabuchi was overall 4th and 3rd in Asian Class.
