经过3月份的开幕战，亚洲AFR方程式系列赛将于5月1-2日 在上海奥迪国际赛车场举行第二站的
比赛。
这一站的AFR, 是自2011年，第一次回归上赛，同时比赛将使用F1全赛道，全场5.45公里，富有挑战性的弯道和一条接近1公里的直路，这对各参赛者而言都是一次难得的经验。来自凯飞车队的朱里奥是其中一位第一次在上赛参加比赛的
车手。这位21岁赛车手在上一站的第二回合就获得杆位并站上颁奖台，实力绝对不容忽视。赛前他表示，很期待上赛的比赛，并希望能在这条世界出名的赛道上获得好成绩。

继续参赛，为保证组别的领先地位他
提前到达赛场先行对赛道做了勘察。而在上一回合拥有飞快圈速，来自凯飞车队的袁波，表现让人眼前一亮，绝对是一位有力竞争者。同组别的还有ART车队的杨曦和王家铨。
而在大师组方面，现在暂居积分榜前位的陆浩文和周广林将会师富有AFR赛车经验的马汉华的挑战。
值得一提的是，这一场比赛将有几位全新车手加入，分别是凯飞车队，今年只有19岁的年轻车手吴嘉伟，PS车队的蔚超音和FRD车队的陈鸿伟。三位车手都是第一次参加方程式的比赛，但他们之前在其他赛事都有着出色地成绩，相信竞争将会相当激烈。
今天将会举行三场官方练习，而排位赛将会在明天上午举行，两场正赛将于明天下午开始。
After a dramatic battle in Zhuhai, The AFR Series will head to Shanghai International Circuit for Round 3 and 4 in May1-2.
This will be the first time that AFR to race in the Shanghai since 2011. The circuit, which includes some challenging corners and a 1 km long straight, will provide a prestigious chance for drivers to have a taste of F1 challenges.
One of the drivers who will be racing in Shanghai for the first time is Champ’s Julio Acosta. This 21-year-old driver scored his maiden pole and podium finish in only his second race in AFR. He will be looking forward to have a go in the F1 circuit and make his mark in this famous track.
Asian Class’s leader Jason Kang will look to defend his lead in the standings, but he will receive challenges from Yuan Bo from Champ Motorsport, who shown his potential with impressive lap times last round. Also joining the field, ART’s Yang Xi and Leo Wong will also try to capture a podium finish in Class.
For Masters Class, Thomas Luedi and Thomas Chow will need to watch out for FRD’s Kenneth Ma, as the racing veteran will return in this round.There will be some new comer for this round of AFR. Ronald Wu from Hong Kong will drive for Champ and the 19-year-old will try to launch a challenge to the front. Joining him, Neric Wei from PS Racing is also one to watch. Tommy Chan will also join the race with FRD Team as the racing all-rounder will want an AFR trophy in his collections.
There will be 3 official practices on May 1, meanwhile the qualifying session will be held in the morning of May 2 and the races will be held in the afternoon. Stay tune for the excitement!
