　　曾在亚洲AFR系列赛中取得佳绩的两位车手，来自中国的曹宏伟，和来自马来西亚的唐伟枫，今年将会一起参加英国BARC雷诺方程式，为成为世界级赛车手迈出重要一步。
　　
　　两名车手将要参加的英国BARC雷诺方程式，是现时英国唯一的雷诺方程式系列赛，同时也是不少国内外年青车手踏上国际赛车舞台的踏脚石。单是去年就有超过三十名车手报名参赛。而曹宏伟和唐伟枫即将加盟的Fortec车队更是英国最成功的车队之一。除本土的雷诺方程式赛事外，更有派队参加三级方程式和雷诺3.5方程式等国际大赛。
　　
　　现年20岁的曹宏伟，曾经在2008年勇夺AFR系列赛全年总季军兼亚洲组冠军。此后加入长安福特车队转战CTCC中国房车锦标赛。2012年，他率先加盟Fortec车队并参加了2012全赛季的BARC雷诺方程式赛事，更在冬季赛中勇夺Rockingham分站亚军。今年他将第二年参战，期望可在新赛季中取得佳绩。
　　

　　而来自马来西亚的17岁年轻车手唐伟枫，今年则会以新秀的身分参加2013全季比赛。他曾在2012年亚洲AFR系列赛勇夺总季军，并取得一个分站的胜利。此外，他亦曾参加雷诺克里欧杯和亚洲保时捷卡雷拉杯等赛事。今次首次在英国参赛，除了希望吸收更多经验，亦希望能够在欧洲赛场中，表现自己的实力。
　　
　　两名车手将于4月13-14日出战于唐宁顿公园赛道举行的首站赛事。我们会继续跟进他们的战况。

　　Former AFR Series race winners, Hong Wei Cao (Martin) from China and Wei Fung Thong (Shaun) from Malaysia, will participate in the 2013 Protyre Formula Renault Championship by BARC in UK. This will be an important step for them to become world class drivers.
　　
　　The racing series they entered, Formula Renault BARC, is the only Formula Renault racing series in UK. It is a stepping stone for many up-and-coming young drivers, with more than 30 entries participated in last year’s championship. Cao and Thong will race with Fortec Motorsports, one of the most successful racing teams in UK, which not only participated in Formula Renault, but also takes part in some international series such as Formula 3 and Formula Renault 3.5.
　　
　　Cao, 20-, was once the 2nd runner up and Champion of Asian Class in 2008 AFR Series. He joined the Chang’an Ford Racing Team and raced in China Touring Car Championship. In 2012, he joined Fortec Motorsports to participate in Formula Renault BARC for the full season, and scored　 a 1st runner up finish in Rockingham Motor Speedway during the winter series. He will hope to achieve more in his second year.
　　

　　The 17-year-old youngster, Thong, from Malaysia will join the series as a rookie. He was the 2nd runner up driver in 2012 AFR Series with one race win. He also had experience in Renault Clio Cup and Porsche Carrera Asia Cup. As a rookie, he will gain lots of experience in his first year in UK, and show his talent in Europe.
　　
　　Cao and Thong will have their first race in Donington Park Circuit in April 13-14. We will keep updating their status throughout this season.
